I did not choose to choose it apart, so I screwed them on from an angle and added a rubber band below among the list of brackets, so it latched properly. I want I would've hooked up them in step 13! With a great deal of motion, a few of the FF screws fell out, so I would be mindful of the all around smaller kids or pets who eat random things. Il
